I couldn't be happier with my experience at Longenbaker. My mom is an artist, and I entrusted Gregg with one of her pieces. From the moment we walked in, I knew I'd come to the right place. Their space is warm and inviting, and we were helped immediately. Gregg is knowledgeable and a true expert at his craft, but more importantly, he treated my mom's painting with great care and the utmost respect. The job was done within the time span he quoted us, and the price was more than fair, given the quality of the work. I will certainly need more work framed in the future, and this is the only place in Columbus I'll consider.

I'm not even sure where to start with reviewing Longenbaker Picture Framing. From start to finish, the service, accommodation, and quality was phenomenal. They did not miss a beat. I came in the week before Christmas (ugh, I know) to get something framed to be able to send out. Not only did Bob show a genuine interest and enthusiasm in the project that I had, but they got it framed within about a day and a half. To top it off, knowing that I had to ship it across the country, Greg gave me a perfect sized box, put cardboard on the corners of the frame and wrapped it, and then gave me a huge pile of bubble wrap to make sure it would be safe on the journey. These guys really know service and are wonderful framers. I would highly recommend going here!

​After years of taking framing to random big box stores, I am so glad I gave Longenbaker a try! I had 2 very special photo poster collages but I wasn't sure how to frame them. One of the collages contained pictures of my late father preparing a family recipe with my mom. It is priceless to me & Bob appreciated its significance.  He spent considerable time & had such good suggestions. The customer service was exceptional & the pricing was beyond competitive for better quality.  So glad I got the museum quality glass. Also, the orders were ready in a week. It was such a good experience that I took another framed picture that was not currently hung to have the mat & glass updated. Can't wait to let that piece have a new life!
