Do I need an appointment?
No, you do not need to schedule an appointment with us. However, we do appreciate calls in advance if you have a large quantity of projects.
Do you give quotes over the phone?
A number of factors go into custom framing: size, design, materials, etc. Because of this, we can not give accurate quotes over the phone. We would like to design with you in person and give you a quote in store.
How long does a custom framing order take?
Average time is 10-15 business days.
Do you print?
Yes, we print premium, archival, custom and standard size prints up to 44” in width.
Can you stretch canvas?
Yes, we ask that you come in with your canvas so we can discuss.
Do you frame mirrors?
Yes, we frame mirrors up to 32” x 40”.
Can I purchase just glass?
No, we do not sell single sheets of cut glass. We can, however, cut glass and fit it to your personal frame.
Do you repair frames?
Unfortunately we do not repair frames; however, we can touch up blemishes on frames.
Do you restore art?
We can touch up art but we would like to see the piece in person to see what can be done. We do not completely restore rips/tears/etc. but we can digitally restore your piece and print you a new version. Contact Printing for more details.
